Refund, Billing & Cancellation Policy

1. Commitment to Ethical Billing
Dheeraja Matrimony believes in complete honesty and sacred transparency regarding all financial transactions. We do not engage in hidden renewals, unauthorized card debits, or misleading pricing. This policy sets forth the terms governing refunds, plan cancellations, and payment dispute resolutions.
2. Free Tier & Paid Membership Packages
Every verified candidate on Dheeraja Matrimony is entitled to a complimentary Free VIP Membership that includes profile discovery, proposal sending, and 36-Gunas Vedic Milan. Paid plans or assisted matchmaking upgrades offer higher contact unlocking credits, personalized relationship managers, and priority directory placement.
3. Refund Eligibility Conditions
- Duplicate / Multiple Charges: In the rare event of accidental double charge or network failure where your bank account was debited twice for a single package, 100% of the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days.
- Technical Non-Activation: If a membership plan was paid for but failed to activate due to a technical glitch, and our engineering team cannot resolve it within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Credit Consumption: Once contact unlocking credits or relationship manager services have been utilized (even partially), membership fees become non-refundable as the digital service has been rendered.
4. Refund Processing Procedure
To submit a refund or billing inquiry, simply write to our accounts desk at billing@dheerajamatrimony.online or open a ticket from your Helpdesk containing:
- Your registered Matrimony Profile ID (e.g. DM10234).
- Payment Transaction ID, Order Number, or Bank Reference (UTR).
- Clear description of the issue or proof of duplicate charge.
Approved refunds will be credited back directly to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Netbanking, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business banking days.
5. Canceling or Pausing Your Account
If you have finalized an alliance or wish to take a temporary break, you may pause or deactivate your profile at any time from your Account Settings. Pausing your account retains your profile history while hiding your biodata from all public searches.
