1. Registration & Profile Management

How do I create a biodata profile on Dheeraja Matrimony?

Registration is 100% free! Simply click on Register Free, select whether you are creating the profile for Self, Son, Daughter, Brother, or Sister, enter basic personal details, horoscope information, and upload clear profile photos.

Can parents or siblings manage a profile on behalf of a candidate?

Yes! A large percentage of our profiles are managed by parents and respected elders. You can select "Created For: Son / Daughter / Sibling" during registration and provide the family contact number.

How can I edit my biodata or partner preferences later?

Log into your account and navigate to Edit Biodata or Partner Preferences in your cockpit menu. Changes update across all recommendation algorithms immediately.

2. Horoscope & 36-Gunas Kundli Milan

How does the 36-Gunas Ashtakoota Milan calculator work?

Our Vedic algorithm follows authentic North & South Indian astrological scriptures, calculating the 8 traditional Kootas: Varna (1), Vashya (2), Tara (3), Yoni (4), Graha Maitri (5), Gana (6), Bhakoot (7), and Nadi (8) out of 36 points, plus Manglik Dosha compatibility. A score of 18+ is considered acceptable, and 28+ is deemed highly auspicious.

3. Photo Privacy & Contact Unlocking

How do I blur or protect my photos from strangers?

Visit your Account Settings and select "Blur Photo Album". Your photos will appear blurred until another verified member sends you a photo access request and you approve it.

How does phone number unlocking work?

When viewing any candidate, click "Unlock Phone". Once unlocked using your membership credits, their verified mobile number and direct WhatsApp family button become visible immediately. All unlocked contacts are saved in your "My Unlocked Contacts" dashboard.

4. Govt ID Verification (Blue Tick Trust Badge)

How do I get the "Govt ID Verified" badge on my profile?

Go to KYC Verification, select your document (Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN, or Passport), and upload a photo. Our trust screening desk verifies the document within 24 hours. Your document is permanently encrypted and never shown publicly.
